Edwin Griessen and his young team cook typically contemporary Swiss dishes, prepared in a modern way. We specialise in regional, seasonal and market-fresh products. The changing daily menus are served from 11.15 to 14.00, then the afternoon menu.
Our specialities in the game season are famous, because our game is hunted by the chef himself. It cannot be fresher or more regional. The game season starts in early September.
